Here are the official content update notes for Dragonflight Patch 10.2 Guardians of the Dream.
New Zone: Emerald Dream
Guardians of the Dream contains a new zone, the Emerald Dream, entered through a portal located west of Ohn'ahran Plains and in Valdrakken.
New Superbloom Public Zone Events
The Emerald Dream Zone has a new public event called Superbloom that occurs every hour in three parts.
New Blood Elf and Druid Customizations
Blood Elves will receive several new hair color options, and Druids can unlock many new form customizations.
Dragonriding Updates and Traditional Flying Unlocked
New dragonriding glyphs, races, and talents come with the Emerald Dream zone. A new dragonriding mount can also be unlocked.
In addition, traditional flying on the Dragon Isles is now available after earning the new Dragon Isles Pathfinder achievement.
New Brawl: Battleground Blitz
Blizzard is releasing a new brawl that sets the stage and tests the introduction of solo queue rated battlegrounds.
New Mounts
Guardians of the Dream adds a collection of new mounts to obtain.

Season 3 of Dragonflight begins on November 14.
Amirdrassil, The Dream's Hope Raid
Amirdrassil, The Dream's Hope is a new 9 boss raid in the Emerald Dream zone. Rewards include new tier sets and a legendary two-handed axe for strength melee classes.

Dragonflight Season 3 Mythic+ brings new dungeons to the Mythic+ rotation:
The new seasonal rewards for Mythic+ include the two new titles "the Dreaming" and "the Dreaming Hero", dungeon teleports, and a new coloration of the Mythic+ Armoredon mount: Verdant Armoredon.
Dragonflight Season 3 PvP
Dragonflight Season 3 brings a new PvP season with rewards such as Verdant Gladiator's Slitherdrake, Vicious Moonbeast (A), Vicious Moonbeast (H).

The new season also brings a new PvP Ladder, increased item level gear, and new rewards: Arena title: "Verdant Gladiator", Rated Solo Shuffle title: "Verdant Legend", a new weapon illusion, tabard, cloak, pennant, weapon appearances, Verdant Gladiator's Slitherdrake dragonriding appearance, and new Vicious mounts–Alliance and Horde-themed Moonbeasts.
Gear Upgrade System Improvements
Blizzard has made some changes to the gear upgrade system introduced last season.
Aurostor the Hibernating World Boss
Aurostor follows a strict regimen of sleep. Fyrakk's assault on the Emerald Dream has disturbed this cycle, rousing the Furbolg Wild God from his slumber too soon. In a sleep-deprived state, this raging Wild God attacks any passersby in an attempt to wear himself out.
