This buff is wonderful for shadow. That much haste makes my dots tick around twice per second. I just run around, put swp on everything, and keep running. It's so fun.

Another way is to walk in aoe 15-20 adds, blink away run to the npcs, they kill the mobs for you, loot, profit, done. Saves a lot of time!
