Trader's Tender and Exclusive Cosmetics Now Available When Pausing a WoW Subscription
Blizzard has recently updated the article Pausing Next World of Warcraft Subscription Payment, adding new rewards that are now granted while your WoW subscription is paused. The newly added rewards have been bolded in the quote below.

• Game time currently active on your WoW account will not be paused
• Your WoW account will remain playable and in Active status until your current game time expires
  • The status of your subscription will then change to Paused until the subscription is resumed or cancelled
  • Inactive WoW accounts with a paused subscription are subject to Starter Edition Limitations
• While your game is paused, you can still enjoy these ongoing rewards:
  • 250 Traders Tender per month in World of Warcraft.
  • For 12 or 6-month subscriptions, you will maintain access to exclusive cosmetic grants in World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft Classic upon refresh of these subscription bundles.
• You will not be billed for your subscription until your pause expires or the subscription is resumed
• You can't extend duration of the pause, only resume or cancel your subscription
