Valor Points Changes to 4.3 PTR

Our intent is to start acting even more on our Mists of Pandaria philosophies of encouraging players to approach the content they want to, how they want to, and be able to work toward meaningful player progression. Arenas and rated battlegrounds will still earn Conquest faster, but with this change you can now work your way up by running normal BGs, if you so choose.

Cause shit drops when you want it to aye...True story Last 4 weeks i have ran 3 FL runs a Week one with warrior and 2 alt runs with priest and mage.Both alts going in 353 gear // PvP 378's..Same staff droped 7 times of beth both alts have it.Priest got tier head so 4 weeks 64 bosses - 2-4 rags we didnt kill.I have 3-4 bits of gear that are not VP brought cause great loot system is great.

Now i get less VP to carry bads in L4 raids cause blizz thinks every death knight and his pet can see end content in PvP gear.


Let me play GOD you can raid A once a week you can earn this about of B a week...but you can raid C everyday of the week only gain one epic in that week of lesser value ..great system is great.........................

Maybe just farking maybe you could fix the problem with bots in non rated Bg's BEFORE you add a way to obtain higher ilvl epics then i can gain by raiding or VP....great system is great.....................

I'm still running around w my 3p and no heroic gear on DK.. I'm running out of ideas on pushing my dps up too! LOL!

But yea, the drop rates and how Blizz work on the loot drop system is pretty rng shite. It'll be a pain knowing how the changes is going to be and that being said, we just hv to weather it out :(

On the pvp cp award changes, hardcore pvp'ers are going to be happy w the 100cp increment but probably raging at the 50cp reward for EVERY non-rated bg won. So why should one do rateds when normal bgs give the same
deal at just 50% off if I'm only interested in gears that is. I guess its all down to ppl who want the real challenges in rbgs/arena rather than fast plowing through in normal bgs.

And yes, Josh... bg afk'ers is such an annoyance and screwing things up more so when there's like 2-3 of them afking. :(
 
hardcore pvpers won't that much, when you get 2k-2300 cap a week, 50 per random BG for all the bads in it would drive them crazy. ;)
