In a game were skill is mostly based (in my exp) on time played and exp in game...Now there is ZERO,fuck I don't have to know my class at 90 will learn at 100....

On the other hand how do I talk a skilled player who has hours and hours and hours to play with no job...I can't more to the point its players like this that make WoW work in all aspects never seen a top 1% arena player with a full time job never think I will either (unless streaming on twicth 18 hours a day and getting donations is a job)

Mark my words if you thought MoP had bad players WoD will have the WORST HANDS DOWN ON ANY GAME PLAYED EVER.

So now with 8 months till WoD (why 7 MILLION ppl pay monthly)A good idea is to pay more money at a later stage (after I buy Xpac) to skip content not needed to play end content.

Really fail to see why you guys like it I see it just like saying WotLK is coming out in 8 months you can make a new class Death knights only you need to pay $60 to start a lvl 58 after you also buy Xpac.


And botters?Playing for years botting is in a much better place then it has ever been paying $60 ant stopping shit?Means more bots in Bg's from lvl 10 till 90 more bad players in low lvl instances botting but guessing if you pay $60 to skip 90 lvl's you could care less about the botting in that bracket...botting of others things like gold and trade goods well why don't we just pay real life money for them to maybe that would help?Oh ppl do I see.

You act like the only way to get a level 90 now is to pay the $60USD. It's a good thing that's not the case, and the alternative "level your own from level 1 for FREE" (aka the Old Fashioned Way) is still there.

I fail to see how this new service will somehow be the solely responsible for that? The truth is Josh, this already happens. Players have been using websites like Ebay to obtain max level characters for as long as WoW has existed, so... I don't understand why you're so upset about it? all Blizzard is doing is cutting out the middle man, and offering a legitimate way to obtain a max level toon.

Except, that wasn't the case back then, and won't be the case now, since EVERYONE (yes even YOU) who buys a copy of WoD will get a one time free level 90 boost.

Anyways my point is that, everything you have said in regards to how this service will affect the game... well it won't because everything you claim will happen, already exist. You're right that this service isn't going to make it any better (in regards to botters), but by no means is this service somehow gonna make it worse.

Firstly did not know everyone got a free 90 once you buy WoD I'm guessing?That seems like a better idea I thought blizzard kinda just say meh no Xpac till ...... make a new toon from level one if you don't wanna pay when it comes out.

What I will say it will effect is PvP from 90 till 100 part of the game I really liked now no one will have PvP gear no one has macro's no one cares till 100 no balance needed till 100.Again all these could just be bullshit and me guessing and everyone will race there main to 100 so no drama there.But really not looking good for alts I wanted to PvP with from 90 to 100

On a different note about 4 to 5 years ago as patch 2.4 was ending random person at blizzcon asked what level cap game would stop at?Quickly answered with 100 as time invested would be to great to get to max level...So now with buying my way to 90 (and getting one free one) Level cap has no end in sight.Horrible game design is horrible

Odd I have a recollection that I had a line somewhere saying I had.

Anyway, amount spent has little to do with it save to deter the more casual botter, regardless of who buys what goods. It is just another mechanism in place.

Who are you kidding, we all play the game for ourselves ultimately - it is in our interest to support a system that is more beneficial for ourselves.

That is why as times change, you ask people what they are going to do in 5 years time, most don't know and what they guess doesn't end up happening.
You have to adapt your situation changes and that's what blizz have done.

Not saying I condone botting obviously - in fact i would rather there were none but a whole another argument could be:
You spend money on your main hobbies (smoking, whatever), others consider wow a hobby and spend money on it (just like golf... another cooperative "sport").
