The Underkeep: Evolved Research story variant is available today in both Europe and North America. This is the best delve for grinding multiple achievements, including opening Flickergates, solving puzzles, and completing delves in under 3 minutes.
The Underkeep: Evolved Research Walkthrough
Flickergates
New to delves in Patch 11.2 Ghosts of K'aresh are Flickergates, void portals that can be opened for Resonance Crystals, Shadowguard's Phasebound Visor and various Warbound items.
Flickergates spawn in roughly 4 out of 5 delves, with a chance for a second one to appear in the same run. The Underkeep: Evolved Research is the best delve for farming them due to only having three spawn locations:
Flickergate Achievements
This delve is also the best for completing puzzles. There is only one puzzle spawn location, in the first room where you fight the Failed Ascended, and it's visible as soon as you enter. If the nerubian web puzzle doesn't appear, exit the delve and try again.

Patch 11.1 introduced new achievements for completing delves:
If you're aiming to complete these as quickly as possible, The Underkeep: Evolved Research story variant is by far the fastest. Players with additional level 70+ characters on secondary accounts can also join the same delve with them for extra credit per run.

The Underkeep: Evolved Research Walkthrough
- Defeat the Failed Ascended
- Defeat the 3 incoming groups of nerubians
- Pursue the researcher
- Defeat 25 nerubians within the field
- Pursue the researcher to the final room
- Defeat Researcher Xik'vik
