It seems that the rares, quests, and world boss in Arathi Highlands reset per Warfront cycle and not weekly. If you killed them last week they will still offer no rewards today.

First Week of Mythic Plus Cache
If you completed a Mythic Plus dungeon last week don't forget to visit your Mythic Cache in your faction hub(Harbormaster's Office for Alliance and Vault of Kings for Horde) for your loot! As of now people are reporting only getting one piece of loot. The chance of getting three pieces seems to have been dropped from beta.
PvP War Chest and New Conquest Reward
If you completed any ranked PvP and capped conquest last week then you have a reward waiting for you in your war chest in the PvP area of your faction hub. Also, a 355 Azerite Armor chest is the new conquest reward for this week for those who capped last week. If you did not cap last week then you can continue your progress for the weapon and start on the new reward right after.
Battle for Azeroth Dungeon Event
Weekly events have returned and the first one is the Battle for Azeroth Dungeon Event.

- All week long the final boss of each Battle for Azeroth Dungeon will drop an extra piece of loot.
- Pick up the quest Emissary of War from either you Adventure Journal or in your faction hub. Completing this quest rewards Cache of Uldir Treasures which contains a piece of heroic Uldir loot and a large sum of Azerite power.
