really? my last graphics card was $1050.... and i bought 2 of them.

Pccasegear are good, very fast delivery and relatively price competitive.
Especially for memory and ssd

I normally go to them as well but they don't show the model I was after.

that one you linked is a different model.

Only thing they don't stock a lot of is EVGA gear - wich is my mobo / video brand of choice.

Now for the question what makes them so $$?

Side by side yours and mine dont seem to different in all things yours ofcause being around 10% better then mine across the board nothing stand out to me saying PAY $400 for me.

Guessing its the ferrari model of headsets and mine is say a ford but fuck ferrari should market better!

And EDIT Would you not need a $300 sound card now to even get the most out of the headset? (But guess you know what you doing :) and have one already)

Haha. I have that type of sound card already.... But no. You don't need it. The headset comes with its own USB sound cards hence it's 7.1 channel virtual surround.

If a bullet whizzes past my head in battlefield.... I wanna know where it came from.

It's always the way of things at the high end, pay 10 time for for 10%. Same with cars

Have also owned 2 different "real" surround headphones - with 8 drivers and 2 micro subwoofers over both ear cups.... From what I can find, high end virtual trumps the real, but I'll know soon enough.

Still pissed my dog has a taste for expensive headphones... Roast dog for dinner. Vietnamese anyone?
