Patch 5.4.8 PTR - Build 18273
Build 18273 will be deployed to the PTR realms soon.

• Garrosh Heirloom items have had 8 item levels added.
• Siege of Orgrimmar raid loot can now be upgraded two more times.
• Legendary cloaks can now be upgraded two more times.
• Deeds of Valor will grant 100 Valor Points for 3000 Timeless Coins. These won't allow you to bypass the weekly Valor cap.
• The Warforged Nightmare looks similar to the Iron Hitching Post that never went live, as it also has a hitching post.

Increases the healing done by Word of Glory by 30% 60% and Flash of Light by 100%. Paladin - Retribution Spec.

Rogue (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Talents

• Burst of Speed Increases movement speed by 70% for 4 1% for 0.1 sec and removes any movement-slowing effects. Does not break stealth. Rogue - LvL 60 Talent. 15 Energy. Instant.

• Demonic Gateway can no longer be cast during the Preparation phase in Arenas, Battlegrounds, and Rated Battlegrounds.
• Ruby Hare is no longer usable in Arenas and Rated Battlegrounds.
