• Item - Monk T17 Mistweaver 2P Bonus Every time your Soothing Mist heals a target your multistrike chance is increased by 5%. Consuming a 5 stack of Vital Mists generates 2 Chi. 1 Chi.
• Item - Paladin T17 Protection 2P Bonus When you use Avenger's Shield, your block chance is increased by 50% for 5 sec. 12% for 5 sec.
• Item - Paladin T17 Protection 4P Bonus When you block a physical attack, you have a chance to increase your shield block value by 50% 20% for 8 sec. (Approximately procrppm procs per minute)
• Item - Priest T17 Discipline 4P Bonus When you activate Archangel, the mana cost of Prayer of Healing is reduced by 50% for 8 sec. 6 sec.
• Item - Priest T17 Holy 2P Bonus Prayer of Mending jumps to 2 additional targets. 4 additional targets.
• Item - Priest T17 Holy 4P Bonus When Prayer of Mending heals a target, you have a 40% 20% chance to gain a stack of Serendipity.

• Bear Form now costs 7.4% of base mana, up from 3.7%.
• Cat Form now costs 7.4% of base mana, up from 3.7%.
• Ferocious Bite damage was reduced by 15%.
• Travel Form now costs 7.4% of base mana, up from 3.7%.

• Arcane Missiles now scales with 20% of Spell Power, down from 26.5%

Talents

• Prismatic Crystal now has spec specific tooltips. Frost mages only do 10% additional damage, down from 30%.

Arcane

• Arcane Barrage now scales with 57.5% of Spell Power, down from 75%.
• Arcane Blast now scales with 85% of Spell Power, down from 86.52%. Now costs 2% of base mana, up from 1.67%. Mana cost now increased by 100% per Arcane Charge, down from 150%.
• Arcane Missiles now scales with 20% of Spell Power, down from 26.5%

Shaman (Forums, Talent Calculator)

• Healing Surge no longer has an additional bonus for Elemental Shamans.

• Fel Lash Azzakel lashes out with a blow backed by Fel energy, inflicting Physical damage, knocking the targeted player back, and increasing the player's Physical damage taken by 40% for 7.5 20% for 6 sec. 15 yd range. 1.5 sec cast.
