Omg! Just had an awesome idea...

Step 1: Put the instructions for embedding youtube videos in the "Pre-Application Requirements" thread.
Step 2: In the app form we'll have a random question asking initiates to embed a youtube video.
Step 3a: If they fail to do so, they obviously haven't read the thread and/or don't understand simple instructions and we reject.
Step 3b: If they do, and they embed BNW's First Illidan Kill with Gay Screams™ they get accepted and promoted to Assistant TO the Guild Master.
